Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Customized Bookmarks is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we have done

The site has been reviewed against WCAG 2.2 AA using automated testing and a manual keyboard-only review. Measures include a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus indicators, page landmarks and a logical heading structure, text alternatives for images, visible labels and text-based error messages on every form, colour contrast that meets the AA thresholds, and pause controls and reduced-motion support for moving content. We review the site periodically and fix issues as they are found.

Known limitations

Our quote form is provided by a third-party service and is embedded in this site. We label the embed and check it regularly, but we cannot change everything inside it. If any part of it is difficult to use, the contact details below are always available as an alternative way to request a quote.

Feedback and contact

If you have trouble using any part of this site, or have suggestions, please email us at info@customizedbookmarks.com or text or call (929) 605-4397. Please tell us the page you were on and what happened, and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
